Environment Lighting does not change when changing its properties in Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-88278” project
2. Open the “ComplexAPV” Scene
3. In the Lighting window select “Environment”
4. In the Environment Lighting section change the “Intensity Multiplier” value to 4
5. Observe the Game view
6. Change the “Intensity Multiplier” value back to 1
7. Enter Play mode
8. Change the “Intensity Multiplier” value to 4
9. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Lighting gets adjusted accordingly in the scene whenever “Intesnity Multiplier” is changed
Actual result: Changing the “Intensity Multiplier” in Play mode has no effect on the Scene lighting
