Environment Library Asset has incorrect icon on creation
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Look Dev -> Environment -> Library -> New
3. Observe the icon of the Environment Library Asset before confirming the name
4. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Rendering -> Environment Library
5. Observe the icon of the Asset
Expected results: Both times the Scriptable Object icon appears
Actual results: The first time the default file icon appears and the second time there is no icon
Reproducible with: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a6
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
