Entities flicker when setting BatchRendererGroup buffer inside OnFinishedCulling Callback

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-131140“ project
2. Open the “Mission5_v0_3“ scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Game view until a “Resized buffer during first OnFinishedCulling“ message appears in the Console window

Actual result: Entities briefly stop being rendered
Expected result: Entities stay the same as before the message

Reproducible with: 6000.3.10f1
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.68f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7 (Changing versions causes a large amount of compilation errors)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
