[Enlighten] DynamicGI.SetEnvironmentData does not update Ambient Probe
Calling DynamicGI.SetEnvironmentData does not update the Ambient Probe when using Realtime GI
Steps to repro:
- Open the GITest scene in the provided project `SetEnvData_AmbientProbe`
- Observe that there is a static plane and a dynamic sphere in the scene
- Go the the MenuItem GI_SetEnvData/UpdateEnvDataGreen
- See that the plane is updated but not the probe lit sphere
