Enabling objects with configurable joints affects other game objects with spring joints
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "physicsTest" scene
3. Select "enableMeWhileTheSpringsWobble" game object
4. Press play
5. Platforms wobble like expected
6. Stop scene and press play again
7. While platforms are still wobbling enable "enableMeWhileTheSpringsWobble" game object
8. Notice that platforms will rotate a little bit
9. Stop scene
10. Duplicate one of "hangingPlatformSidewaysRopeB" object
11. Press play
12. Enable "enableMeWhileTheSpringsWobble" game object
13. After duplicating "hangingPlatformSidewaysRopeB" object only one platform will rotate.
