[EmissionModule] ParticleSystem.EmissionModule.rate doesn't have get accessor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Create new script
3. Paste the following to the script's Start method:
ParticleSystem ps = new ParticleSystem ();
float rate = ps.emission.rate;
4. In console, observe error message that emission.rate lacks getter
Workaround: Although its marked as obsolete, you can still use ParticleSystem.emissionRate
