Embedded packages are not shown as installed in the Package Manager
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "PackmanBug.zip" project
2. Open the Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Select "In Project" in the Package dropdown menu
4. Observe the "Test 2" package
Expected result: "Test 2" package has a green tick (indicating it's installed)
Actual result: "Test 2" package has no green tick (indicating it's not installed)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a6
Note:
- Local packages are shown as installed when adding from disk (green tick)
