Element disappears from a list after it's reordered when a high display resolution and a 250% display scale is used
Reproduction steps:
1. On Windows, go to "Settings -> System -> Display"
2. Change "Display resolution" to the highest possible resolution
3. Change the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" (or, simply called, the display scale) to 250%
4. Open the attached "repro_IN-84302" project
5. Go to "Edit -> Preferences... -> UI Scaling" and make sure that "Use default desktop setting" is turned on
6. Select the "Assets/Bug_Demonstrator.asset"
7. In the Inspector, press on the "Element 0" and, without releasing it, move it to the end of the list, then back to the start
8. Observe the list
Expected result: All elements still appear in the list
Actual result: "Element 0" disappears from the list
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.3.47f1, 6000.0.20f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.2.2f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (10.0.22631) (user’s), Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
* If the "Element 10" doesn't disappear on the first try, repeat the 7th step a few more times
* Once the "Element 10" disappears, repeating the 7th step causes another "Element 0" to appear
