EditorGUIUtility.labelWidth inconsistent between Layout and Repaint passes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Main"
3. Select "Inspector Helper" in hierarchy
4. Resize inspector of "Inspector Helper" horizontaly and notice that label width is different in Layout and Repaint passes
