EditorGUIUtility.editingTextField keeps returning true after you stop editing a text field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Project View
3. Select Script in project view
4. Start renaming it - notice that EditorGUIUtility.editingTextField is returning true
5. Press Enter or click on Project View to rename it
6. Take a look at console: EditorGUIUtility.editingTextField is still returning true
7. Press on any other Window - EditorGUIUtility.editingTextField is returning false
Expected behavior: EditorGUIUtility.editingTextField returns false after text field is no longer being edited
Actual behavior: EditorGUIUtility.editingTextField returns true after text field is no longer being edited
Reproducible with: 5.3.6f1, 5.4.4p1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b4
