EditorGUILayout.Popup freezes the Editor on Mac when text contains certain characters
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1215716.zip"
2. In the Menu Bar, open Examples and click on "Editor GUILayout Popup usage"
3. In the "Popup" window open the Pop-up selection field
Expected result: The selection field should show up a list of options to press
Actual result: The selection field does not show up, freezes the Unity Editor when clicking on the selection field
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b1, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.3.0a11, 2018.4.16f1, 2018.4.17f1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.2.20f1, 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a22
