EditorGUILayout.Foldout arrow is outside Vertical Group when used in OnInspectorGUI
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "GUILayoutBug"
2. In the Project window, click on "New My Settings" to see its settings in the Inspector window
Expected result: Foldout arrows are inside the Vertical Group
Actual result: Foldout arrows are outside the Vertical Group
Reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.20f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21
Note:
Not reproducible when used with SettingsProvider
Not reproducible when used in an EditorWindow in OnGUI method
