[EditorAnalyticsEvents] Backend responds 500 with "circuit breaker is open" for some events
Back-end gives "circuit breaker is open" error for some events (from same/different sessions).
To repro:
1. Run Unity and track outgoing EditorAnalyticsEvents events.
Actual result: Some of them get 500 error with "circuit breaker is open".
