Editor won't start with Unicode install path
-e: see title. an error is being shown and removing unicode from the path makes it work again
-repro:
--change the install path of the editor to contain unicode characters (see https://www.ltg.ed.ac.uk/~richard/unicode-sample.html for examples)
--start the editor
--NOTICE you get an error message about packman and you can't start the editor
---starting the UnityPackageManager.exe from the terminal throws the following error:
