Editor Window starts to glitch when resized between two monitors
How to reproduce:
1. Go into Mission Control settings on your macOS (System Preferences -> Mission Control)
2. Turn off "Displays have separate spaces"
3. Log off and login back into your macOS
4. Create a new empty project
5. Drag the Unity Editor window in between the two monitor screens
6. Expand the Unity Editor window to the side on the second monitor
Expected result: Nothing of note happens
Actual result: The widgets start to disappear after expanding the window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a3, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11
