Editor uses FilterMode.Point when CommandBuffer.GetTemporaryRT() is set to FilterMode.Bilinear
To reproduce:
1. Open 'FilterModeBug.zip' project
2. Open RTTest scene
3. Load RenderDoc (you can find it here if you do not have it: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/RenderDocIntegration.html)
4. Play scene and open it with RenderDoc
5. Check 'Pixel shader' filter.
6. Stop the scene
7. Build a game
8. Open application with RenderDoc, capture a frame
9. Check 'Pixel shader' filter.
Expected: both times filter mode will be bilinear.
Actual: bilinear mode is only in built game.
