[Editor] Tool Tips are missing in the Console window for Clear,Collapse,Clear on Play, Clear on Build and Error Pause
Tooltips are missing in the Console window for Clear, Collapse, Clear on Play, Clear on Build and Error Pause
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window > General > Console
3. Hover mouse on Clear tab, Collapse tab, Clear on Play tab, Clear on Build tab and Error Pause tab
Actual Result: Tooltips are missing
Expected Result: Tooltips shows

Mac and Windows
