Editor quits unexpectedly on returning license through command prompt
Steps to Repro:
1. Activate license when prompt on the launcher or
Help > manage license > activate new license
2. Open command prompt
3. Enter unity path followed by -returnlicense command
4. Example "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Unity.exe" -returnlicense
Expected Result:
The popup should appear, prompting the user, if he wants to return the license
Note:
1. Return request is timing out with 2018.2.0a6, 2018.2.0a5, 2018.2..0a3, 2018.1.0f1 everytime
2. Editor log is attached in comments
