[Editor] GameObject visibility state doesn't restore on Undo
GameObject visibility state doesn't restore on Undo after deleting
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > 3D > Cube
3. Hide Cube on clicking eye on left side
4. Delete Cube
5. Click Ctrl+Z (Windows) and cmd+Z(Mac)
Actual Result: Cube appears back in active stage
Expected Result: Cube appears back in DeActive stage
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a4, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.1.0f2
Environment: Mac 10.14 and Windows 10
Note: Eye feature has been introduced in 19.1
