Input.GetAxis("Mouse X") stops working after Game view has been moved/redocked in Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project "Test2018.zip"
2. Press Play
3. Move Game view as a separate window
4. Dock the Game view somewhere in the Editor
5. Click on the Game view and move the mouse sideways
Expected result: Input.GetAxis("Mouse X") returns values above or below 0
Actual result: Input.GetAxis("Mouse X") returning 0
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a12, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.0a20
