Editor freezes when executing String.EndsWith() method if the String contains two specific symbols "⏱" and "ー"
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's originally attached project 'LocCrashTest'
2. Open 'test' Scene
3. Enter Play mode
-- observe the freeze
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Notes:
- Does not freeze if only one of the symbols is present in the String.
- The symbol "ー" is not a dash, it is a Japanese character for longer vowel.
- The String can be of any length, it just needs to begin with "⏱" and have "ー" anywhere after it.
- Does not freeze with .NET 4.x Scriping Runtime Version, only 3.5
