Editor freezes when attempting to load an Addressable asset with WaitForCompletion
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “AddressablesTests.zip“
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press the Space button
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a2

Resolution Note:
Closing "as designed". WaitForCompletion can block the main thread, preventing scene loading operations from completing. Wait for the scenes to finish loading first before calling WaitForCompletion on the InstantiateAsync operation, for example during the .completed callback of the second scene loading operation.
