[Critical] Editor freezes or silently crashes when compiling a custom compute shader after an import
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Download the attached shader named "MinDistShader.compute"
3. Import the shader to the Editor
Expected result: Editor imports the shader and throws an error if it has any issues
Actual result: Editor hangs for a few minutes, silently crashes or gets stuck at the "Baking shaders" stage (Depends on the Editor version used)
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a13
Notes:
1. When 2020.1 and 2020.2 are used, the Editor gets stuck "Baking shaders" but is still responsive to input. When 2018.4 and 2019.3 are used the Editor is completely unresponsive until the import and compilation processes are finished.

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
The compiler hangs while trying to optimize the shader.
The "tab" member of the MinDistISTOctreeStruct is unused. Removing it fixes the issue.
