Editor freezes for a few minutes when closing or switching a VFX window that was opened in a previous project
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new HDRP project
- In project window create Visual Effect > Visual Effect Graph select any graph
- Open the graph
- Close the editor
- Create a new HDRP project
- Observe as the VFX window is still opened
- Try switching to a different window or closing the VFX window

The window is switched or closed immediately
Expected results:
Editor freezes for a couple of minutes
