Detailed error message overflows in console on scrolling, it's more visible when the Windows is scaled

Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project or open attached Project
2. Create a script to generate a long error log
3. Attach the script to a game object in the scene and play
4. Scroll the detailed error message in the console

Actual Result:
The error message overflows on scrolling

Expected Result:
The error message is contained within the scrolling area
