Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > 3D > Cube
3. Window > Sequencing > Timeline
4. Create some animation
5. Move key frame manually
Actual Result:
Decimal values are not shown
Expected Result:
Decimal values should be shown
