Editor crashes with "The file 'MemoryStream' is corrupted!" when deleting an Asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case-1276834.zip)
2. Open the Scene 'testScene'
3. In the Project window delete the 'KinematicCharacterController' folder
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.2.21f1
Notes:
Crash doesn't reproduce when 'testPrefab' is not instantiated in an open Scene
