Editor crashes while importing a terrain with heightmap
Steps for reproduction:
1) Download the project `TerrainHeightmap` below and load it in Unity
2) Observe the crash
Notes:
- Callstack can be found below
- A version of the project that can be opened in 2018.1 is also attached (`TerrainHeightmapBlackSquares`) but there are visible black artifacts on the terrain
- Last version that this project opens successfully is 5.4.0f3
