Editor crashes when playing corrupt mp4 file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project "TestProject.zip" in Unity
2. Open Scene "VideoPlayerTest"
3. Select GameObject "VideoPlayer" from the Hierarchy Tab
4. In the Inspector tab, click Browse in the Video Player component and select ekg_crashing.mp4 in Assets/Videos/ekg_crashing.mp4
5. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.2.0b16
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.26f1, 2022.1.0a12
Error: Assertion failed on expression: 'm_Resource != NULL'
