Crash with YGLayoutNodeInternal when opening the docked Project Settings window after deleting the Localization Settings file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "LocSettingsBug.zip" project
2. Open the Project Settings window then drag and drop it in the Tab Area of an existing window
3. Create and save the Localization Settings file
4. Open the Tab beside the Project Settings window
5. Delete the created Localization settings file
6. Open the Project Settings window
Expected result: The Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 1.0.4, 1.0.5 (2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13)
Notes:
- The issue doesn't reproduce if the Project Settings window isn't docked in the Tab Area
