Editor crashes when loading Compute Shaders and calling Dispatch function
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project 'ComputerShaderCrashReportProject.zip'
2. Open 'ComputeShaderTest' Scene
3. Build Addressables in 'Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Groups > Build > New Build > Default Build Script'
4. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes with Assertion failed on expression: 'cbStateIndex < m_ConstantBufferStates.size()'
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a21, 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.0a20

I am getting this crash as well. Unity 2021.2.16f1. However, the crash is not consistent. It only happens after the Editor has been open and through a few Play sessions. It is hugely annoying and happens every half hours or so.
