Editor crashes on GUIView::ProcessInputEvent when closing a window in Editor which is running with -debugallocator argument
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Command Prompt window: Keyboard shortcut (Win+R) > enter "cmd" > click "OK"
2. Launch Unity with "-debugallocator" argument via Command Prompt window: "<EditorPath>\Editor.exe -debugallocator"
3. Once Unity Hub opens, create a new Unity project
4. Open the Preferences window: Editor > Preferences
5. Close the Preferences window
Expected result: Unity editor doesn't crash
Actual result: Unity crashes on GUIView::ProcessInputEvent
Reproducible with: 2020.3.13f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.12f1
