Editor crashes on DynamicHeapAllocator::Allocate when importing an FBX asset
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IssueProject“
2. Reimport the “Assets/FBX/Bad.fbx“ FBX asset
Expected result: The asset is reimported
Actual result: Unity Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Sometimes the Editor crashes when opening the project
