Editor crashes on D3D11CoreGetLayeredDeviceSize when 3D Object uses "Update When Offscreen" and Scene is Loaded
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Pumpkin run crash test" Project
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Scene is loaded successfully
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0b5, 2018.1.2f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.1.4f1
