Editor Coroutines package is not signed when creating Project with the High Definition 3D Template
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a High Definition 3D Template Project
- Open the Package Manager and look at the Errors and Warnings panel
Actual results: "Unity cannot verify this package because it lacks a signature..." Error is displayed for the "Editor Coroutines" Package
Expected results: Package is signed and doesn't show up in Package Manager's Errors and Warnings panel
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4, 6000.3.0b1
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.0b4, 6000.3.0a3
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Note: Issue became visible due to new feature where unsigned Packages now show a Warning
