Editor colors appear darkened out when HDR Display Output is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the ‘BugRepro1.zip' project
2. Open the Project Settings
3. Enter Player settings inside the Project Settings
4. Enable ‘Allow HDR Display Output’ and 'Use HDR Display Output'
5. Observe the Editor
Expected result: Editor colors are not darkened
Actual result: Editor colors are darkened
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b2
Reproducible on: macOS 15.6.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The issue only occurs on macOS display
