Editor can't switch to OpenGL/Vulkan when on a Virtual Machine
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project on a Virtual Machine
2. Change graphics API to OpenGLES2/OpenGLES3/OpenGLCore/Vulkan
Expected results: Graphics API is changed to the chosen API
Actual results: a bunch of "Assertion failed on expression.." are thrown and the graphics API remains DX11
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a6
Note:
The user experienced a crash with this issue, couldn't reproduce this though.
