Editor can't differentiate between windows of the same name/type when returning from Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the leftmost Scene View, enter and leave Play Mode
3. Observe that the window focus is returned correctly to the same Scene View
4. Now change your selection to the Scene View next to it and repeat step #2
5. Observe that the Editor returns to the wrong Scene View
Expected result: Editor is able to differentiate between different windows with the same name/function
Actual result: Editor can't differentiate between different windows with the same name/function and selects the wrong Scene View when returning from Play Mode
Reproduced: 2021.1.0a9, 2020.2.0f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2017.4.40f1

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
In 2021.2 the behavior has changed, when you press the Play button, the focus in put on the main toolbar view, then when you enter play mode, the game view gets focused, and when you leave play mode by pressing the play button, the focus is put back on the toolbar.
