Editor cannot compile stylesheet when using Timeline "CustomStyle" attribute
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case1292311.zip"
2. In the Project folder go to Assets -> TimelineMarkers -> Editor -> Stylesheets
3. Reimport the "Extensions" folder
4. Observe the warning int the Console window
Expected result: The stylesheet is properly compiled and no warning appears
Actual result: The stylesheet is not compiled and the "Cannot compile" warning appears
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a6
Note: In 2018.4 stream different warning appears - Error while refreshing stylesheet catalog

Resolution Note:
The stylesheet used to specify IMGUI styling do not use URL. They use "resource(<path to resource (not relative path)>".
