Assertion Failed Error occurs on changing screen scale
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Focus Unity
3. Open windows display settings and change scale factor few time
4. Return to Unity
Actual Result:
Errors appear in the console
Expected Result:
Errors shouldn't appear on changing screen scale

Note:
Seeing different Assertion failure errors on 2019.1.0a11 and Null Reference Exception on 2019.1.0a10
