Editing terrain becomes slow and editor crashes
Users report that raise and lower terrain causes "Hold On" dialog in editor. Internal users have same behavior.
When I did some testing around this I was able to produce an editor crash.

Why does it says ~"fixed" when it truly isnt.... Everytime i click on the terrain with "paint holes" is pops up "hold on" box after every click meaning i have to paint holes click by click so if i need to paint a massive hole it takes about 7 hours total because as soon as i click the terrain it pops up with the "hold on" BS
