"Edit Angular Limits" button exists only on the first Hinge Joint Component when more than one Hinge Joint Components are attached
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ReproduceBugs.zip” project
2. Open the “TestScene“ scene
3. Select the “Cube“ GameObject
4. Scroll to find the second Hinge Joint Component in the Inspector
5. Observe the Inspector
Expected results: The "Edit Angular Limits" buttons are present on all Hinge Joint Components
Actual results: The "Edit Angular Limits" button is present only on the first Hinge Join Component
Reproducible in: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2), macOS 13.6.4 (M1, 2020)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
We are aware of this issue. The intended workflow is to use the Scene Tools rather than the inspector buttons. In future versions we'll improve the selection for scene tooling in order to make it easier to select specific Joint components on the same GameObject.
