[ECS] Error 'DCICE007' is thrown when compiler removes fields that would be paired with WithReadOnly
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1217354-ECSBug")
2. Inspect console
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: "error DCICE007: Could not find field for local captured variable for argument of WithReadOnly" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a5
Couldn't test with: 2017.4, 2018.4 (package is not supported)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.5.1-preview.11, 0.8.0-preview.8
Note: In the repro project, changing the if condition in "ScheduledHitSystem.cs" line 55 from false to the commented out condition fixes the issue
