[DynamicBatching] Spotlight creates many batches on playback
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project 'Batch'
2. Open the available scene
3. Play scene
4. Move the spotlight around the map
5. Observe the total number of Batches
Result: Having a spotlight in a scene with many Sprite renderers, dramatically increases the number of dynamic batches (about 500 in this case)
