[DX12] Game crash when using Multicore (error: hread:: EqualsCurrentThreadIDForAssert)
Steps to repro:
1. Download the project from https://oc.unity3d.com/index.php/s/mmGsRAL1QQH2yse
2. launch the exe with -force-d3d12 -force-gfx-jobs
3. play the game, observe errors and wait a few minutes for crash.
