[DX11] UI flickering/distortion when using multi core
Steps to repro:
1. Download this build: https://oc.unity3d.com/index.php/s/mmGsRAL1QQH2yse
2. launch with -force-d3d11 -force-gfx-jobs
3. observe loading UI
4. if further observation is needed then find the robot ingame and press L to speak to him, then click the "first button" for a loop.
