[DX11] Bad OnGUI click position retrieval when in fullscreen
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build example scene
3. Launch it in fullscreen
4. Try to get the hovering effect on the button with the cursor
5. It reacts only when moved to the left of the button
