Dropdown list context menu opens in the wrong place when another section is focused in VFX Graph
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the “Visual Effect Graph” package
3. In the Assets folder, Create → Visual Effects → Visual Effect Graph and select “Simple Loop”
4. Open the created “Simple Loop” VFX Graph
5. Select/focus the "Set Lifetime" section
6. Expand a dropdown from any other section
Expected result: Context menu opens below the dropdown
Actual result: Context menu opens on the left or the right side of the Editor Window
Reproducible in: 6000.0.0b13, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.0b12
Reproducible with: Windows 11
Not reproducible with: No other environment tested
