DrawRendereresCustomPass OnPostProcess only draws within the original render area when Dynamic resolution is enabled and graphics API is set to DirectX12
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-83480_repro“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode and observe the Game view
Expected result: The “Image“ GameObject is fully visible
Actual result: Only a fourth of the “Image“ GameObject is visible
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.18f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Not reproducible with DX11
