DrawMeshInstancedIndirect does not render all meshes after re-focusing the Editor window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1335967"
2. Open the PouchRenderTest Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the multiple animated quads in the Scene
5. Focus another app window and the re-focus the Editor
Expected results: The meshes are drawn as before
Actual results: Only one mesh is drawn which is static
Reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a7, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1(Missing script references)
Notes:
1. Reproducible with D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan and OpenGLCore graphics APIs
